Elevator Speech: 60 Seconds (draft version 1.0)
I’ve had the privilege of traveling a decent bit both around the United States and throughout the world, and one of the big takeaways from my various experiences during those travels is that the vast majority of people everywhere are just good people with good hearts who want to do and be good. And there’s no qualifier–black, white, brown; gay, straight, other; right, left, center; religious, irreligious, etc: My experience has taught me that most of the people on this planet are simply good people.
Not only that, but in our goodness we’re remarkably similar, our core values of what is right and wrong, good and bad are overwhelmingly alike, much more similar than they are different. For example, regardless of our backgrounds, we prize the virtues of kindness, compassion, honesty, personal responsibility, etc.
Yet, there are some with loud voices who encourage us to focus on our differences, creating an us-vs.-them mentality. The One Heart Project was created to bring people together of every background and perspective both to celebrate the fundamental truth that in the things that matter most, we’re much more similar than we are different, and also to harness our common ground to work together to build utopia.

I hope to inspire peace, love, and a spirit of working together to promote unity and coming together around the world. 😊
Vision: I see people of every faith, philosophy, race, religion, political view, etc., putting differences aside and coming together, united as a human family that nearly universally holds the most important core human values in common, values such as kindness, compassion, honesty, etc.). I see community get togethers where we learn about how alike we are, where we get to know each other, where we find things we can do to work together to make our own lives and others’ lives better. I see informative presentations, whole-group activities, get-to-know-you activities, motivational speeches, and outreach planning and execution.

Part of the current process involves coming up with a name for the organization. That’s been tough. Below is an ongoing list that includes possible key words or even complete name ideas. If you have any suggestions, please don’t hesitate to pass them along! The name is the only thing holding me back right now. That’s it. Just a name. If there’s any possible way to encapsulate the following in a short name, that’s what I’m looking for:
