Over the edge. Head not doing well. Body not doing well. I thought I took care of myself. Think maybe things are getting worse? Didn’t think it’s a blood sugar issue, but my readings always seem high. They say 70-90 is normal. I’m pretty much always way higher than that. I need to start testing myself regularly, and I need to keep records and get some things figured out.
I’d really like not to have diabetes.
I might take myself in for a glucose tolerance test as well to see how I do. Gotta get this figured out. I’m having trouble just getting back to baseline, it seems, sometimes.
I haven’t pushed myself. I haven’t abused myself. I’ve taken it easy. No reason for this that I can see?
(sigh)
I’ve got a friend dealing with some pretty crappy chronic issues, too. Lots and lots of pain. We’re both trying to get ourselves figured out. Both having doctors who’ve never been able to figure out our issues. Gets really discouraging. But…
Bring it on.
Everything is an opportunity. There are always beautiful possibilities.
I haven’t really done anything today. Felt awful. Tried to help a friend with her feeling awful. Got the lawnmower mostly ready for the season. Still needs an air filter and to have the blades sharpened, but I think I figured out the slow starting issue. The spark plug gap was .050. Should have been .030. Narrowed the gap, and it fired right up super easy. 🙃
Gonna try and work tomorrow. We’ll see how it goes.
#1. I’m grateful to suffer with various health issues. It gives me an opportunity to truly be able to empathize. And my issue aren’t even that bad. Wondering if I might have a UTI coming on, too. Not sure kidneys and manly bits hurting a bit. That just barely started not five minutes ago.
#2. I’m grateful for the storms. I love the rain.
#3. I’m grateful for so much information available online for helping to figure out health issues.
#4. I’m grateful that I was able to get the mower deck figured out… at least sufficiently to use somewhat decently. I realized the adjuster threads were damaged on the one part and they were stretched on my replacement part, so the nut couldn’t even be tightened on properly. Fortunately I have a grinder, so I cut about half the threads off (the stretched ones) on the replacement part, and it worked.
#5. I’m grateful I had spare parts for the mower, so I could do #4.
