Impromptu day off today. Bookend relapses with a day full of service between.
Certainly not a great day but… I’m gonna focus on the good.
I chose to take today off instead of pushing myself further when I was already down. So that was good.
I spent the day helping other people, fixing a couple of lawn mowers, spending time with my nephew Rafe, teaching him about cars and letting him drive my truck on the property here (he’s 12). Starting to teach him how to drive the tractor.
Helped another nephew with his car that wont start. Etc.
Trying to slow down.
I’m still a bit over the edge, so I’m gonna eat and drink and then sleep.
