I’m tired. Not so much physically, but mentally and emotionally? It’s not in a bad way at all. It’s been a good week. Hard week. Good week.
I’m just worn out, and after a super fast start to the 50 Days to Fearless challenge, the slog is… slogging. 🙃.
But I am unmoved. I am undaunted. I will do this. I will overcome all fear.
I fear nothing.

Daily Accountability
- Bed last night at 8:30: Don’t remember. I think it was 9:30ish?
- Up at 4: 😎
- 5x5s: 😎
- Exercise: Saturday, no exercise day.
- Cold shower: Didn’t even think about it since I didn’t exercise. 🙃
- Meditation: 😎
- Breakfast: 😎
- NP Work: I honestly don’t even remember. 🙃
- Tax Work: 😐 Some progress, but not much. Was distracted… again.
- Lunch: 😬
- Work done by 6: I think it was 6:30 ish.
- Dinner: 😎
- Only truly healthy foods: I think it was pretty good.
- No Wasted Life: Uh… watched a couple of YouTube videos… Needed a mind break a bit… one was on the history of the 100 meter dash records and one was a cop body cam video of a shootout.
- No Distracted Driving: 😬 I was bad today.
- Faced a Fear: I’ve been so preoccupied with other things that I haven’t planned my fear facing. I’ll fix that tomorrow. I’ll have a solid plan. We’ll come out guns a blazin’ next week.
- Tamed the tongue: Let one slip today. Kind of surprised me, actually.
- Bag of veggies: Nope. 😬
