I have about 10 friends who have your symptoms. Tested negative for covid. But all ended up having pneumonia. All the doctors prescribed antibiotics. If you haven’t gone…maybe someone csn take you to the doctor.
They were all sick for at least 3 weeks.
Stephen, if it’s the big c you’re talking about, follow blogreader’s excelent advice. If it’s emorional illness, ir’s true that depleted physical reserves affect everything else. Hold strong. Send yourself helpful messages. Anything else is self-poison and you are worth far more than that! Ponder. Reflect. Remember true things. Listen to motivational speakers. Shoot, listen to people who’ve learned to thrive despite devestating loss. Stephen, you *can* make it through to happiness. It will take longer if you keep cutting open the wounds and pouring salt and lemon juice on them. That may sound callous, but actually I speak from experience. I wish someone had told me that. Maybe Auntie. did in her succinct way Healing cannot come if we give every thought to our wounds, slice them open, and then fill them with pain heightening materials. Adding self-limiting self-talk binds it up in a terrible self-sustaing purgatory. Take *good* care of yourself. I love you Stephen…
