Hi, folks!
Happy early Sunday. 😊 It’s way late, so I’m just gonna say…
- I’m grateful to have chosen to go home today instead of run myself even more ragged trying to get parts for a car that is proving to be a bit of a headache.
- I’m grateful that I was able to make a little progress in my ability to just let sideways circumstances roll off my back. (granted, it was only a tiny bit of progress, but it was something, nonetheless).
- I’m grateful that I was able to get a little weeding done today, as well as clean all the mosquito larvae out of the fountain.
- I’m grateful to be able to sleep in tomorrow.
- I’m grateful to be able to serve people here on the hill.
- I’m grateful I was able to take a step back and gain perspective when I had to go back to a car that Malaki worked on, spending two hours correcting a simple mistake (not tightening a nut down, which caused the customer’s car to die, leaving her stranded, and me having to drive out to her, figure out the issue, and resolve it.
- I’m grateful that the MPV job got bumped to Wednesday and that Malaki was able to go to the Corvette job he wanted to instead of the MPV job.
