It’s not quite morning, early afternoon actually, but here we go nonetheless. 😊
Morning Gratitude:
- I’m grateful that I was able to make it into Pea Ridge and back safely during the ice storm.
- I’m grateful that the heat in my van works. 😊
- I’m grateful that so far during this ice storm, we still have power.
- I’m grateful that I was able to get myself to take time to do the gratitude today even though the day started flying by faster than anticipated.
- I’m grateful for the opportunities that I have to try to help make things better here on the Hill. I’ve got some ideas for how to reduce the trash bill, and I’m hopeful they’ll be successful.
…
Don’t really have all that much to say. It’s later in the day. After midnight now. Don’t want to go to bed, but do want to get a better schedule.
Knees and hips have been really bad today. Way overdid it on Sunday, and I’m paying for it pretty good.
Ugh. I really hope this will heal, but… With several years having elapsed since the original injury, it’s pretty clear it’s here to stay.
Ugh.
Seems so odd to be 41 years old and to feel like I’ve got the body of an 80 year old.
Heaven help me if I ever actually make it to 80. 🙃
As far as today is concerned, I made more forward progress. So that’s good. Better morning routine. Got a few things done as well.
I can feel myself slipping back a good bit with all the stresses on life right now, with my businesses and body falling apart.
The overwhelm is returning… scratch that… returned.
I guess that’s what’s going on.
Feel like I did a lot today but… didn’t get much done?
Weird.
Brought tools to Stevie, but then he got freezing rained out… immediately. Came up with a plan to save literally thousands in trash costs for my Hill family. Hopefully that works out.
Found and ordered parts for my Milwaukee chainsaw.
Did dishes, laundry, cleaned my room… made some food for the next several days.
Got a ton on the schedule for tomorrow, mostly car business related to try and get things going.
Apparently, in the last few hours I sagged down to the dumps. Hopefully, I’ll wake up better tomorrow. 😶
🙃
