Took it relatively easy. I was drowning in the morning, and drowning for probably the first half of the day, but I finally managed to start to feel better once I started helping people– getting out there and working.
I kept it easy. Just three cars. 2014 Toyota RAV4 that needed a serious case of battery cable cleaning, and replacement, and washing out the inside of his engine which he had completely covered in battery cable corrosion because he cleaned it up and sprayed stuff everywhere. He also was having issues with his brakes, so I checked that out. He needs brakes, likely pads and rotors, front and rear.
Second car was a 2011 Nissan rogue. Needed a door handle like that other Nissan rogue did, but this one actually was broken, not just missing a bolt.
It was a pain in the butt to change, and the little trim piece wouldn’t fit on properly, so he’s going to try and put his old one on, and if that doesn’t work, I’ll have him another piece of shipped.
Then it was a 2003 Honda Accord that wouldn’t start. It wouldn’t start because the mega fuse was not screwed down all the way. Then I went out to his truck, Chevy truck. Same thing, no start, but this time, was just a completely drained battery.
I called it a day after that. I don’t remember what happened after that…
