2023-08-02 — Um… I Don’t Remember πŸ™ƒ

Wow, Wednesday was is a total blur.

Let’s see if I can jog my memory.

Let’s see… I think I spent a good little amount of time boxing up stuff in my room to get ready to give away/donate/sell.

It’s nice to have a little bit of space in my room now. I can at least walk in and out of my room without having to tiptoe from open spot to open spot on the floor. πŸ˜…

I also moved some things out of my room and down by the front door, and some onto the landing of the upstairs stairs. One of my nephews will pick up some of the stuff he wants probably on Saturday.

I’m still waiting on one last nephew to get back to me about everything. He’s not in the country, so It’s been quite the challenge communicating. I’m really hoping to hear from him soon, as having the entire house covered in stuff is a bit psychologically draining. πŸ˜… But I don’t want to get rid of anything until he’s had the chance to claim anything he might want.

So I’ll keep waiting until I hear from him.

After doing all that stuff in my room, I went up the hill and once again fought the wasps off of my older mini excavator, installed the recharged battery, and drove it over to my house to make it easier to work on.

I also spent a little bit of time working on my long Twinkie van. VAC hasn’t worked on it since I got it, but I decided that maybe I would double check the charge in it, and to my grateful surprise, the AC compressor actually started working when I put more nutrition in. Because it’s such a long van, and was originally a passenger van with rear air, it holds an enormous amount of refrigerant. So I put in three full cans, and now I have AC! Yay!!!

That’s so fantastic because the heat has been absolutely brutal out here. I don’t know why when it’s 99Β° outside they say the real feel is only 107. That’s crazy. It’s got to feel more like 120. If your body can’t cool itself off because of the humidity, then how can they say it’s only 107?

I miss the dry air of the west. πŸ™ƒ

It’s getting harder for me to deal with the humidity, I think?

Anyway, I can’t really remember what else I did. 😬

I know I was busy. I know I did stuff. I just don’t remember what anymore. πŸ˜…

Oops. πŸ™ƒ

I’m grateful my spider lift is sold and gone, though. I think I already mentioned that, but if I didn’t, it’s sold and gone. πŸ₯³

I’m going to fix the pin and bearing issues on my komatsu mini excavator, and then I’m going to fix some of the rest issues in paint that, and then I’ll go ahead and sell that.

No bites so far on my old beat up trailer.

Lift the world.
