Today was basically a repeat of yesterday. I still feel pretty awful. Today my ears are plugged up. Sore throat is raging. I’m tired.
I went out and mowed the lawn for probably an hour and a half or so trying to be useful, but I just couldn’t do the whole thing. Since it hasn’t been mowed in 6 weeks, it takes several passes to get the grass cut down, and even then, there are plenty of places where the wheels just smashed down the tall grass, and you’re just not going to get everything, even on the second or the third pass. But I did probably half of the yard today before going back in.
It’s 11:11 p.m. Right now. I’m exhausted. And that’s after vegging pretty much the entire day. But I made it without taking a nap, so hopefully I’ll be able to sleep all night, and hopefully my throat won’t dry out miserably through the night, which will aggravate my sore throat even more.
Fun fun fun. 🙃
On a positive note, I got my bill down from $9200 to $0.

So that was really nice. I also made an appointment to see the dentist on Friday, so hopefully I’ll be over being sick by then.
It’s so funny that I finally splurge on the expensive little floss dealies, and they are the worst of any that I’ve ever tried and pop one of my fillings out of place.
Live and learn. And… I’ll be giving them a review and perhaps sending them a letter.
