Ups and downs.
I spent the morning listening to the entire book of first Nephi and part of second Nephi. That was actually super effective for getting me grounded and calm and at peace.
I’m grateful for that.
Church was good, and I did pretty well after church. I don’t remember very much about Sunday (I’m writing this on Tuesday, late morning).
Gosh… that’s pretty much all I’ve got, I think, for Sunday…
