Today was a work day. Full day, but only three cars completed.
The first one was the 2013 Nissan juke that, gratefully, only needed a battery. 🥳
The next one was a 2014 Hyundai Elantra, also in Fayetteville was the first one. I don’t remember what I needed to do to that one. I think I found that it had a bad battery or something and they ended up getting their own battery.
Rain was scheduled for the afternoon, or whatever it was, and I was able to get the first two jobs done before it came, but the third one… Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get to that one until after it was already raining.
And wouldn’t you know it, it was a starter on a Chevy truck, which meant that I was on the ground, with the rain coming down. Gratefully, the customer had a tarp that we double or triple folded, or whatever it was, so that I could keep from getting soaking wet.
It wasn’t fun, but I did get it done. I was a bit wet, but it was my last job that I was going to do because of the rain, so I headed home for the rest of the day. It was basically a full day. I think I started a little bit late, but between the three jobs, it was basically a full day.
