2024-02-29 — Happy Leap Day! πŸ¦˜

Gosh, why am I not remembering yesterday? πŸ™ƒ

I spent some time organizing the greenhouse parts that I’ve been bringing back from Oklahoma.

Then Jim and I went over to Oklahoma to get more greenhouse parts, but we only had an hour there before he had to be back for his shift at the Bentonville Temple. He’s a temple worker there.

I miss being a temple worker. πŸ˜•

And I miss my Kansas City temple. πŸ˜•

Chatted with Jim about job stuff. It was his last day of work at the job he’s been at for a while now. So he’s looking. He has some potential opportunities right now, but nothing is solid. I’m trying to think of things that I can do to help. I can’t pay him what he needs to make. But I can pay him at least something either to work for me with my car business or two just go around doing my to-do list for me.

I guess we’ll see how things go.

Since we were only able to spend an hour in Oklahoma, though we didn’t get much done, we got everything done that required two people, so that was good at least.

I might head back over there on Saturday or Sunday to get the rest. Realistically, though, it’ll take two more trips.

After getting home, I spent some time working on February sales taxes, and I spent a good little while finally getting back to working for JustAnswer. I need to do that more consistently. I don’t know what kind of the tension they pay to the work I’m doing, and if I risk losing the job if I don’t do a certain amount of work or not, but I figure I had probably better at least put in a handful of hours a week and get good reviews and whatnot.

Anyway, I vegged out for a bit after that, and that was that.

Love and hugs.

Lift the world.
