My friend Cory reminded me that it was Saint Patrick’s Day, so I made sure to wear some multi-colored socks to church that actually had some green on them. 🙃
Yep… actually went to church today, though I wasn’t very good about actually paying attention, spending a lot of time on my phone because So many people from JustAnswer needed follow-up help, and apparently, I haven’t been getting very good reviews from customers. 😕 (Though I have a suspicion that part of the reason why people say that I am slow to respond is that I happen to be someone who is going and helping the customers who’ve been waiting for answers for hours. I think I’m getting bad reviews because their initial wait time was so long. I don’t know, though, as reviews are kept private, so I can’t actually see what the customers are saying about me. I’m also getting bad reviews because some customers are saying that I don’t give them all the information they ask for. I’m betting that part of the reason that’s the case is that lots of customers ask for copyrighted information that I can’t legally give. But many of the people who work for JustAnswer do give out that copyrighted information, so I get pushed back from my customers saying but the other mechanics give it out. As a just answer customer myself, mechanics gave me copyrighted information regularly… So I might be wrong, but it feels like I’m getting penalized number one, for helping the customers who have been waiting for hours for anyone to respond at all, and number two, for being unwilling to give out copyrighted information…).
It’s possible I lose the job because of it, but I guess we’ll see.
Anyway, So I ended up working on JustAnswer stuff this morning to help leftovers from last night, and then working on it a bit while at church as well…
After church I went to look at something in Bentonville that was for sale at a church. Something hopefully to make life a little nicer here on the property. Had a great little conversation with the pastor lady. She’s downsizing and moving into an RV, so that’s kind of fun.
From there, I headed back to the property and went up and visited Jim for a little bit, talking about the Google sheet and everything we are trying to accomplish on Haven Hill.
I helped Stevie a little bit in his yard.
Went to the family meeting. It was very very sparsely attended. Probably only a third or less of the people who are normally there.
Helped Stevie a bit more in his yard. Had to do some more JustAnswer clean up from questions that have run long.
Felt a good better today than I have, emotionally. Maybe it was going to church. I don’t know.
That was pretty much the day.
