(written on October 17th from notes taken previously)
I woke up later than I think I have pretty much the entire trip so far. I would wake up and then go back to sleep, and then wake up and go back to sleep, finally getting up sometime a bit after 10 :00, I think.
Originally, we had planned to stay 2 or 3 days at my sister’s place, but plans changed, and we ended up leaving that morning.
I wasn’t doing so well, in body or in mind, and we headed over to Lincoln Park in West Seattle and spent pretty much from like 11:30 all the way until after dark there at the park.
I was just sort of wanting to do my own thing at that point, and my mom had plenty of things to do herself, so I just went out into the park and laid down in the grass and walked around and what not.
I spent most of the day just watching YouTube videos of one sort or another, pretty much wasting the entire day. 😕
Well, not wasting the entire day. There was an important text that I spent some time working on, I think, that took me a long time to put together.
Really rough day.
Since it was well after dark, and since we were going to be visiting old friends of my mom early in the morning, they just let us sleep out front of their house, so we headed over to their place, parked in front of their house, and crashed for the night.
