I wasn’t doing so well last night. 😕
Ended up doom scrolling for a long time. Don’t remember if it was YouTube or Facebook Reels or both.
Got up later because of it. Heather invited me in for some gourmet oatmeal (her own concoction.
It was fantastic. 😋
Headed off to Cascade Springs for a bath, meeting a very nice older gentleman named Nathan from Nebraska.
He gave me his card and told me I was welcome at his house any time. 😊
So many wonderful people. 🥰
Church was really uplifting for me today. I really needed the spiritual feast that was there–especially the 5th Sunday lesson.
Great stuff.
Except… I didn’t write down what made it wonderful. 😅
Had a smoothie. Chatted with my brother Richard for a bit, and called it a night.
Very tired. Doom scroll repercussions 😅.
