2025-10-07 (Tuesday) — Bridgebuilding

It’s been a pretty leisurely day today.

I haven’t really worked at all for a good while, and I was going to work today, but I ended up spending my time doing other things.

Did a couple dailies, but not much in that area. Got my car insurance premiums paid before they expired tomorrow. Spent a whole bunch of time catching up on my journal. 🙃

Chatted a bit with one of my sisters who’s had some massive changes in her life.

Did a little bit of learning to keep myself updated with what’s going on in the world of AI, as I personally believe that’s an area of significant concern for humanity.

Spent a good little bit of time on Lift The World bridge building-type stuff. Spent time in peacemaking efforts in YouTube comments sections.

Cleaned up my van a little bit, a bit this morning and a bit more this evening.

Hung out with Heather and Hans for a bit and then ate dinner together as well.

Now I’m lying down in bed vegging a little bit.

I’m tired. 🙃

Gratitude to My Father:

  • I’m grateful I was able to connect with my sister Tish this morning.
  • I’m grateful that I was able to get caught up on my journal entries.
  • I’m grateful for my sister Heather’s love and encouragement during hard times for me.
  • I’m grateful that today was brighter than yesterday.
  • I’m grateful to be able to be an influence for peace.

We. Celebrate. Successes!!! 🥳:

  • I stuck to it and finished my journal catching up.
  • I was flexible in my journal content requirements, not sticking to the rigid format that I normally have that would have made it exceedingly more challenging to get caught up and wouldn’t have been quite accurate to the days anyway.

Reflections on Where I Can Improve:

  • I still am struggling putting most important things first. I really want to get my little butt to a dermatologist before I head to New Zealand for so long, as I think I might have some moles/other things spots that should be looked at.

Thought of the Day:

Before posting, replying or commenting online, ask, ‘Will this build a bridge?’ If not, stop. Do not send. Instead, share goodness. Publish peace in the place of hate.”

Love and hugs to all. 🤍

Bring it on.
