I woke up this morning to an email from an old co-worker, and though it seemed a little weird, it was an event invite, and I knew/thought I remembered that she was retiring soon, so I didn’t at first suspect that it might be a hacked account sending some kind of fishing scam.
So I clicked on it.
😅
Oops.
I ended up spending a good chunk of the day, perhaps even most of the day, trying to figure out where the file had downloaded to on my phone, what kind of file it was, and what antivirus programs I could use to get rid of it.
Ugh.
Busted day.
After that, I spent some time doing some roof prep for my van, I think, in preparation for hopefully getting it sealed up.
Did the dishes. Took care of the horse crap.
Hopefully tomorrow will be… more effective. 😅
