2025-10-20 (Monday) — NZDs

(written on the 23rd)

Slept in today. Watched a condensed NFL game (40ish minutes) with Richard during his lunch break from work.

Finally gave in and went back to Chase Bank and ordered some NZ cash (I’ve spent a lot of time over the last week or so communicating with people in New Zealand who are selling self-contained vans (which makes it legal for me to stay on just about any public land for free, I think). Some people accept digital money transfer. Some don’t, and so, though the fees are atrocious, I want to be prepared.

So I ordered some cash, night some stuff from Harmon’s, spent a good while over in the Walmart Neighborhood Market parking lot doing… I forget what.

Talked to my mom a bit. She’s a nurse, and I asked her some questions about health stuff (recently, I find that I’m leaving a rather significant amount of blood in Little John and in toilets after defacating.

Definitely not just a little. 😅

With my going to New Zealand and wherever else for at least 6 months, I wanted to get checked out, but what would be the odds that I could get an appointment with a proctologist before the end of the day Friday? 😅

I decided it was worth giving it a try, and amazingly, I found a 4.8-star rated doc who had an opening first thing Wednesday morning!

Yay! I can get my butthole and insides looked at!!!

🙃

😆

I figure it’s probably just really bad hemorrhoids or something, but I wanted to say last get looked at, and happily, they said they accepted Liberty HealthShare! 🎉

Double bonus! 🥳

Headed back to Richard’s, started some laundry and took a shower (thanks, Richard!). Funny, I didn’t realize there was a separate shower light, so the auto light went out shortly into my shower.

Nothing like showering in the dark. 🙃

Gratefully, the motion sensor is really sensitive, so all I had to do was put my arm out in front of the shower curtain a few times to get the light to come back on.

Watched a couple more condensed NFL games with Richard and then headed out to Rover for the night, vegging a bit before crashing.

Lift the world.

Bring it on.
