I was up late again. ๐
After getting up and messaging back and forth with one particular vehicle seller in New Zealand who was only accepting cash, I bit an even bigger bullet, buying more NZDs from Chase. I think I’ve found the van I’m going to buy. Hopefully, they’ll accept a non-refundable down payment to hold it for me.
I asked about that, but they still haven’t responded.
So. Much. Vehicle. Shopping.
Chatted with my old neighbor from Arkansas who was fixing my dump trailer. He used it to haul off some trash, and had somebody else do the hauling for him, and that person bent my the dump trailer jack.
๐
Very frustrating. It feels like as soon as I let people borrow it, they damage it. It’s losing more and more value value because of that.
Man I wish I had just driven to Arkansas early to sell it in person. Would have had $9500 in my pocket. Now it’s probably only worth 6500-7500.
Frustrating. Discouraging.
๐
Headed over to hang out with Cory a bit, and we just ran errands he needed to run while we chatted.
Good stuff.
From there, I went to my friend Chris’s place, who’s married to a distant cousin of mine (found that out on his wedding day when I recognized her maiden name ๐).
Chatted with him for a good little while, mostly about life stuff and gospel stuff.
Chatted with him and Jodi together when she came down (she wasn’t feeling well). Then we ate dinner together, chatting a good bit more.
Good to visit then and spend time, especially talking gospel stuff, as it was quite uplifting for me in my current state.
Headed to Richard’s after that, doing some laundry, hanging out and chatting while he worked out, and then bidding him good evening as I headed to Rover for the night, where I veged and crashed.
Lift the world.
Bring it on.
