Steps in Journey

Below is a list of actions that, over the coming days and weeks, I will work to complete/incorporate into my life (the list will be added to/updated regularly, I think:

* List my Top 3 most important tasks to complete for the day, and work to complete them, in order of importance, until done, or for an appropriate amount of time.

* Stay properly hydrated

* Eat at appropriate intervals for health and current medical conditions

* Eat a healthy, balanced diet.

* Get adequate sleep for my body’s needs

* Take better care of my teeth, brushing before breakfast, rinsing and flossing after, etc.

* Get my ulnar nerves checked out.

* Keep my surroundings clean.

* Incorporate 5-minute daily room clean.

* Incorporate 5-minute daily House clean

* Incorporate 5-minute daily garage clean.

* Incorporate 5-minute daily yard maintenance.

* Incorporate scheduled work breaks.

* Get to bed by 10:30
