2020-07-14 — Getting to Bed Too Late

I should have been in bed a long time ago. I was working on a project and kept thinking I was almost done, only to realize, that I still had tons left to do to finish it. The scroll list on my computer looked like it was almost done, but then I guess a whole bunch of stuff loaded below it, so now it’s 3:15 a.m., and I’m actually not close to be done with the project as I’d thought.

Ugh.

Oh well.

So… it was a pretty decent day today. My poison ivy is actually on full retreat now. Thank heaven. I’m gonna stop taking my steroids as well. Don’t really need my immune system down any further, and with the rashes on retreat… I can handle the rest naturally, thanks.

Anyway, so… good day. I did go out to run errands and whatnot, which was good. I got some things done that have been on the docket for a good while, coolant to the recycle, all the other stuff to the recycle, got a whole bunch of money that my tech has been carrying around with him for quite a while since I’ve been MIA.

It was a really busy day. Lots and lots of customers calling. Me trying to get back into gospel study/meditation habits, still working through this experience with my friend–spending hours and hours each day on that still.

#1. I’m grateful to be able to be home so much now.

#2. I’m grateful to be able not be having additional poison ivy outbreaks. We’ll see what happens. I went out again today in the Durango, so I might get some secondary exposure from the things in the truck that I touched, but we’ll see. Can’t be too worried about it. Smart, but not paralyzed.

#3. I’m grateful to be making progress on the little project I’m working on with my friend. I think we made some good progress today. We’ll see, I guess.

#4. I’m grateful to have my face almost back to normal. I can almost completely open my mouth now, and the mirror doesn’t crack (as much) when I look at it.

#5. I’m grateful for good memories and good connections.

Folks, thanks for reading. Sorry, it hasn’t been much lately. Lots and lots of late nights and early mornings. I accidentally double booked the first slot of the day today in cities quite far apart from each other, so I might be out working on some cars tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. I’m hopefully going to postpone one of the two and just do it later in the day. I think they’re free later in the day, so cross your fingers for me.

Good night, my lovelies.

Lift the World.
