2022-05-01 — Head Hurts

Hi, all,

Head hurts. Been migraining for a good little bit now. Had a bit of a reality check yesterday I didn’t think about really until today.

… in the grocery store, I walked by the alcohol aisle, and I felt a little pull. And right away I knew 100% that if I bought anything, I’d be a drunk the first day, and I’d be lucky to make it through alive.

Anyway, another week begins.

Head hurts.
