So I slept in a bit, I think. I’ve been so tired lately.
So so tired.
Only two cars on the schedule today because I’ve been saying no to everyone and clearing the schedule to try and get myself some breathing room.
I didn’t feel good about canceling the last two or farming them out, so I kept them.
So I had a leisurely morning and early afternoon, not going to the first job until around 3:00 something, I think. Both jobs were way down in Fayetteville, and it started to rain pretty good on the way down.
Fortunately, the rain eased up just long enough for me to get the first car taken care of without much of any problems. It was a Toyota Prius that the customer had been concerned something might have happened to the engine. Unfortunately for him, he was right. I crawled underneath, and within 30 seconds of getting there had found that a rod had been thrown through the case.
New motor needed. 😕
My second job of the day didn’t reply at all, so I just went ahead and drove all the way back home.
Saturday done. On the books.
Oh, I think I spent some time studying the EPA 608 exam prep book that I bought, so that I can be legal to fix my nephew’s AC unit for his house. It’ll make me legal to fix all of the AC units pretty much anywhere in the world from refrigerators to huge industrial equipment.
Legal, but not trained. 🙃
