(written on the 20th from notes taken yesterday)

There’s not a whole lot to write about today, as I didn’t really do anything today.

The darkness I allowed in after looking in the mirror following the endowment session yesterday held me with a firm grip today, and I didn’t overcome it at any point from the morning to the evening. 😕

The sun rose early and began baking me early, but instead of getting up and getting going and heading to the Payson Temple as I’d planned, I ended up just sitting there in my van pretty much all day veging out on “neutral” time wasters (doors open to promote some sort of air flow.

I did spend a little time trying to organize my van a little bit, but that was the extent of my productivity today.

While I was organizing, I decided to open up one of my keepsake bins, because I remembered that I’d seen some documents in there that weren’t super important that I figured I could offload, because I had electronic versions of them. As I was going through those, I noticed two letters that I had written to a friend of mine while she was on her mission that I’d never sent. One was even inside a stamped envelope, ready to go.

Memories.

I spent some time talking with Cory. He and my sister Heather, whom I also chatted with, have been a big help for me as I battle this massively challenging superficial silliness.

As the sun was setting, I decided to build a fire.

It was a beautiful spot to be at, and I wished to have someone to share it with.

Perhaps another time…

Lift the world.

Bring it on.
