Slept badly again. Unhappy dream as well. Exhausted when I finally got up, which I think was actually after 10. Unfortunately, all the ceiling efforts that I did to stop the water leak around my windshield failed. Ugh. Where is it coming in? I probably have to take off the whole trim piece that covers … Continue reading 2025-03-04 (Tuesday) — Discipline Zone

(written on the fourth) I don't really remember anything that happened in the morning for early afternoon. 😅 I haven't been sleeping well at all, for some reason. I've been waking up absolutely exhausted despite having been in bed for maybe 8-10 hours? Not sure what's going on. Spent a little while chatting with Jim … Continue reading 2025-03-03 (Monday) — Blackberry Trees

(written on the 3rd) It's a blur. I brought Jim's shirt back that he lent me yesterday while I was in the middle of my little mini health crisis. Answered just a handful of questions for JustAnswer. Got some food to try and stay ahead of my eating issues--frozen fruits and vegetables and some bananas. … Continue reading 2025-03-02 (Sunday) — Noneventful

I think it was the summer of 2005. My friend John and I had ridden into the little mountain village of Santa Teresa, Peru, probably 20 people packed into a little combi--John, myself, and another guy actually riding on top. It was dark, riding through the night, and the dirt road was winding up and … Continue reading 2025-03-01 (Saturday) — Peruvian Remix

(Written February 28th and March 1st) I'm tired. Yesterday morning, while I was at Walmart, I got a message from somebody interested in my Komatsu mini excavator. He seemed really interested, and asked if I would be willing to deliver it to Galena, Kansas, and his offer was such that I was willing to deliver, … Continue reading 2025-02-28 (Friday) — Mini Ex Down

Not really an eventful day today. Woke up at 7:30 to switch parking spots, as usual for my Rogers living portion of the week. Woke up just in time to catch my mom who was already in Rogers dealing with skin cancer stuff. She brought me my shoes that I left at her place yesterday. … Continue reading 2025-02-26 (Wednesday) — Walky Walky

I spiraled a good bit. Don't know exactly what happened. Maybe it was getting snowed in with soggy ground and not feeling like I wanted to drive on it because I didn't want to leave deep muddy ruts, and Jim's truck and the tractor were in the way of me going out the gravelly spot, … Continue reading 2025-02-25 (Tuesday) — PreBlend

I think I need to get an EpiPen. Wasn't really feeling it getting up and working today, but I had already committed to doing it, so I felt bad backing out. Does inner and outer thigh exercises that I added to my leg day routine... I'm crazy crazy sore. I think I strained the muscles … Continue reading 2025-02-22 (Saturday) — Epi Time?

A big happy birthday to a member of my Utah peeps!!! 🥰🎉🥳 I had a really hard time falling asleep last night. I just couldn't shut the brain off. I think I was up until 4:00 or 5:00 something? Woke up around 8:30... But knowing I was going to have an early day tomorrow, I … Continue reading 2025-02-21 (Friday) — Gym Marathon

Wok up super late this morning. I think it was after 11:00. 😅 Not what I want to be doing when I'm trying to draw as little attention to myself as possible in my choice of sleeping location (the Rogers Walmart Supercenter). But it was what it was, and I wasn't the only vehicle that … Continue reading 2025-02-20 (Thursday) — Tugs the Heart Strings
